Assistant OE™

Selected applicants will participate in the OE interview process and must be approved for employment by management. The Assistant Organizer supports our Lead Organizer at the clients location.

Organizing Expert™

Becoming a Lead Organizing Expert™  Our Lead Organizers are committed to coaching our Assistant Organizers while working one-on-one with clients. Lead Organizers are responsible for project planning from start to finish. Must have previous experience and have completed the OE™ Advancement Program. Responsible for handling client expectations and overall project from beginning to end. Understanding of organizing products and sourcing, responsible for sales and payment collection. Responsible for delegation to the Assistant Organizer and maintaining client relationships that include follow up procedures. This role reports directly to Jessica Clark.
